B.Eng. in Agricultural Electrification
Program Overview
The B.Eng. in Agricultural Electrification trains engineers at the confluence of electrical engineering, automation, and information technology for modern agriculture. Our graduates combine solid grounding in the natural sciences with deep expertise in agricultural power systems, intelligent control, and digital agriculture. They are ready to lead in research, design, construction, operation, and management across the agricultural electrification sector.
Program Learning Outcomes
1.Demonstrate professional integrity with strong ethical judgment, social responsibility, and ethical awareness.
2.Apply mathematical and scientific reasoning — using advanced mathematics, engineering mathematics, physics, and management science to address challenges in agricultural electrification.
3.Solve complex engineering problems by integrating foundational engineering knowledge with core agricultural electrification theory, informed by hands-on practice and awareness of emerging technological trends.
4.Design and execute experiments in agricultural electrification, analyzing results rigorously to reach valid, actionable conclusions.
5.Innovate with constraints — pursuing creative solutions in product, process, and equipment design while weighing economic, environmental, legal, safety, health, and ethical factors.
6.Research and synthesize information through literature retrieval, data inquiry, and modern digital tools.
7.Understand regulatory and societal context — knowing the policies, laws, and sustainability frameworks that shape agricultural electrification, and recognizing its impact on communities and the environment.
8.Lead and collaborate with organizational skill, clear communication, and effective teamwork.
9.Embrace lifelong learning as a mindset and a practice, continuously adapting to technological and social change.
10.Engage globally with professional fluency in a foreign language, bringing cross-cultural perspective to international collaboration and competition.
