School of Low-Altitude Technology Faculty Visits Dalu General Airport and Jiangsu Borderless Aviation

Recently, Xu Leijun, Director of the Jiangsu University Public Experiment and Service Center and Vice Director of the Faculty of Smart Agricultural Engineering, led faculty from the Agricultural Electrification program on a site visit to Zhenjiang Dalu General Airport and Jiangsu Borderless Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. Huang Feijian, Chairman of Jiangsu Borderless Aviation Technology Co., Ltd.; Wang Jianhua, General Manager; Peng Xianxiang, Deputy General Manager; Chen Xingguo, Deputy General Manager of Deyang Aviation Industry Co., Ltd.; and other enterprise leaders each gave detailed briefings on their companies' strategic directions, general airport operations and maintenance, aviation training platforms, the deployment of low-altitude aviation technology, and the status and needs of aviation equipment R&D and manufacturing.



Xu Leijun gave a detailed overview of the School of Low-Altitude Technology's educational mission, training objectives, and program design for the Low-Altitude Technology and Engineering program. He expressed the School's intention to deepen industry–university partnerships, use industry–education integration to support program development, and jointly improve training quality. The two sides discussed the joint development of the Low-Altitude Technology and Engineering program, industry-sponsored research projects, off-campus training facilities, and the application of low-altitude equipment in modern agriculture. They reached agreement on several cooperation initiatives.



During the site visit, Chen Xingguo, Deputy General Manager of Deyang Aviation, accompanied the group on a tour of the supporting facilities at Dalu General Airport. Peng Xianxiang, Deputy General Manager of Borderless Aviation, led a concurrent visit to the Zhenjiang Aviation Education Town and Jiangsu Borderless Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., to inspect the training infrastructure and supporting facilities.
